From our modest beginnings next to Jasper Place Meats along Stony Plain Road, we have grown and evolved, carrying the legacy of Bernie and Brigitte Jaeger. Their dream didn't end with their retirement; it was reborn in 2008 when their son took a leap of faith from another bakery back into the family business, this time at the helm of Vienna Bakery itself. Our expansion into a retail space allowed us to reconnect with the community, offering not just wholesale but a chance to experience our creations firsthand, right out of the oven.
